Low and behold i can now view gauges and sensor values on my android phone via bluetooth connection. Which i confirmed matches up to the J1939 (Service Advisor) connector. So i put my head to the task and found this chord. Now I realize that our tractors have the ability to view diagnostic info through the instrument cluster but due to my tech crazy mind i wanted something a little more user friendly to be able to monitor things. The J1939 protocol that our tractors use is supported on Torque but is in Beta testing. It is a free app but I think i paid like $5 for the pro version which provides some additional features. The best one i've found for me so far is called Torque. That i've used the past several years for my vehicles along with a few different free and paid apps on my android phone. I had one of these BT code scanners.BAFX Products (TM) - PIC18F2480. I've confirmed this works only on Android devices utilizing a cheap obd2 bluetooth adapter and cheap J1939 to obd2 adapter chord. I couldn't find a topic on here regarding this subject so just thought I would share.
